Please view the product description for the item you purchased or are interested in.  The estimated lead time before shipping is listed under “Product Description” in bold text for each item listed in our shop.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping lead times.

Once shipped, all items will be received within 2 – 5 business days.  Please contact if you have any questions regarding shipping transit times.

Can I choose another font for a carved item if I do not like the choices listed? 2016-08-18T20:12:39+00:00

Absolutely.  If you do not see a font you like, please send us the name of the font you would like to use.  If we do not already have the requested font, we can buy it and charge you for it.  We will send you pricing for the requested font before moving forward with the order.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding font choices.

Just about all of our items ship through FedEx.

Yes.  All items are shipped with tracking numbers and we will email you the tracking number(s) when your order ships.  Please make sure to enter an email address that you check often when placing an order.  We will use this email address to communicate details to you about your order.

Can the giant tumbling blocks games ship together with a table to help save on shipping costs? 2016-08-18T20:27:43+00:00

No.  These items must ship separately, but we can ship the giant tumbling blocks together with a storage crate.
