Payment

We accept all major credit cards along with Paypal as forms of payment. We will begin work on your item as soon as the order is received.

Sales Tax

All Alabama residents will be charged sales tax.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and their experience with us.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can promptly resolve the problem.

We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.  If requested, we can send you a digital proof of the item for approval before beginning work.  This is your opportunity to make any corrections or changes before the item is completed.

Our digital proofs are computer generated and do not represent an actual piece of wood.  Our proofs allow you to see the design before it is carved into the wood.

We use natural wood to make all our products.  Each piece of wood is unique and sometimes contains knots, dark areas, light areas, pinkish areas from glue seams on plywood products, and white wood filler on plywood products, and other imperfections.  We do not view this as a flaw, but rather a characteristic that makes each item unique.  Our listing pictures for each item are a good representation of what your item will look like, but each item will vary depending on the characteristics of the wood.  We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items or because a customer is unhappy with the natural characteristics of the wood.

Custom Carved Cornhole Boards

Our custom carved cornhole boards will have exposed characteristics (light areas, dark areas, knots, pinkish areas from glue seams, white wood filler, etc.) depending on how much surface area is carved away.  These are natural characteristics of the plywood that we have no control over and we do not consider them a flaw, but rather what makes each board unique.  The two cornhole boards in a set will not look identical (other than the carving) and may not take stain the same due to these characteristics of the plywood.  Our listing pictures for this item are a good representation of what your item will look like, but each item will vary depending on the characteristics of the wood.  These carved cornhole boards take quite a bit of time to complete and they turn out awesome.  We want to make sure our customers understand what to expect and please let us know before ordering if you have any questions.  We will not offer a refund on any cornhole game set based on these natural characteristics of the plywood.

If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with pictures showing damage to the item and packaging.  We will start the claim process with the shipping company and get a replacement item shipped to you promptly.
